We are a friendly community located between Wheaton and Kensington where you will find neighbors who say hello in the elevators and are as interested as you want them to be.The Waterford has proudly been home to multiple generations and current residents rangeing in age from infants to 100 years encompassing Generation X as well as retirees -- You will feel welcome here. Social events and a pleasant roof pool will provide an opportunity to meet your neighbors.

The Waterford was built in 1963, one of the few high-rise buildings in the area, the views are spectacular whether you see Sugar Loaf Mountain in the distance or gaze into the treetops. The Waterford's wraparound balconies and window walls are unique and make any decor sparkle. We believe that the abundance of light in each unit contributes not only to our friendly atmosphere, but also to our sense of well being.

With secure entrances, 24 hour camera surveillance and daily front desk assistance, residents enjoy a safe environment. A clean and efficient laundry room, basement storage areas, first floor library, and ample parking are added conveniences. As a pet friendly building, we even host occasional doggie parties.

The elected Board of Directors manages a healthy reserve account, creates and provides oversight of the annual budget and assures good maintenance. Monthly open Board meetings in the Penthouse party room inform owners regarding common building interests. Long time knowledgeable staff take care of the building at all times.

There are 149 beautiful units in the Waterford. 35 are corner 3 bedroom 2 bath units. 13 are corner 2 bedroom 2 bath units. The remaining are one and two bedroom units. All units have full balconies and sliding glass window walls.
